I had Crist too call me and wanted too ask a guesting about my wife and instead of helping me ,I guess a nurse said I hollered at her I never was on the phone,I was talking too my friend about something else it had nothing too do about her. She said I hollered at her I was not on the phone. I had chris call me back my wife has heart problems,all I needed too no is what too do he said take her too the hospital ,and then hung up on me for no reason at all. So is you are treating us for asking a question then get hung on that not professional Chris. I had I the hospital for 15 day and nothing done I ask zchrst what too do. I bout this man a 600 dollar golf drive for kingship and all you can do is hang up on me Chris great nurse. Butt I will more on now because you are very rude person. There are numerous qualities to be found in having Melissa Martin as my Nurse practitioner / Physician Assistant. Since the initial day I was assigned as her patient, I have found her extremely easy to talk with. Her ease of communicating, combined with her ease of addressing my concerns and the knowledge and ability to address my concerns make for a win-win appointment. Chris Williams, PA does a great job of supporting his patients. He listens very well and communicates a plan for support. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is due to TIMA the Dr. office not having a way to get medical results back that they order. I had to bring a copy of my results that they ordered because they never got a copy back. Fortunately for this round of bloodwork, Dr. Williams offered that I do it at the Dr. office this time. It would be beneficial and best for the patients if all Dr. offices used an internal system like MyChart to share medical results and test.

Location in Lindale is easy to get to very light trafic. Appointments are handled on time no long waits.
