Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a popular cosmeceutical skin technique. It is used to shave away the uppermost superficial dead layers of the skin (corneal stratum). Doing so helps with the permeation of molecules such as vitamin C, Retinol, hyaluronic acid, and others, allowing faster and better results after the procedure and enhancing the daily care routine given by the skin care professional. Other uses are for temporary removal of the facial light vellus (peach fuzz).

Chemical Peel

A Chemical Peel is a popular nonsurgical aesthetic treatment that uses a chemical solution to peel off the dead layers of the skin. They are used to reduce or improve fine lines and wrinkles, acne, scars, uneven skin coloring and other skin imperfections. At TIMA Medical Spa we offer customized chemical peel treatments.

Extractions and Acne Peel

For adult patients who have black and white heads, we offer a procedure that includes a deep clean with extractions, Salicylic Acid peel and moisturizer.

Microneedling

Microneedling is an excellent treatment for fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars and stretch marks. A Pen-like device tipped with a single-use with fine needles, create hundreds of microchannels through the skin, stimulating healing and new collagen during this process.
